Peer Review Process

The Standard of Peer Review Process

1. Manuscripts are double-blind reviewed and there are two reviews per submission.
2. Manuscripts must follow the author guidelines.
3. Manuscripts that match the author guidelines are forwarded to the Editorial Board for review, whether accepted or rejected, but manuscripts that are not suitable will be returned to the author for correction.
4. Manuscripts received or manuscripts whose format has been corrected are then sought for editorial board regarding recommendations for eligibility for publication. The manuscript that has been reviewed by the reviewers has four possible recommendations: it can be accepted without revision, minor revisions, major revisions), and not eligible
5. If the reviewers provide different recommendations, the Editorial Board may make a decision to accept based on a majority vote of the reviewers. The decision of the Editorial Board's refusal is sent to the author and the reasons for the refusal.
6. Manuscripts that have been corrected are sent back to the author for correction. Manuscripts that have been corrected by the author are submitted to the Editorial Board to be forwarded to the Executive Editor/Administrator.
7. The sample of printed manuscript before publication is sent to the author for approval.
8. Manuscripts ready to print and off print are sent to the author.
