The concept of a circular economy is becoming an increasingly relevant topic in future planning for both academic and commercial practice, as global sustainability challenges garner increasing attention. This study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of the literature on the circular economy. The sample for this study was collected from the Web of Science database, focusing on publications between 2013 and 2024, yielding 346 documents from 157 sources. This research employs a bibliometric analysis, utilizing co-occurrence, co-citation, and co-word techniques. The findings of this study offer a more comprehensive understanding of the literature on the circular economy, business models, green innovation, and economic impact. Ekonomi sirkular menjadi topik yang relevan dalam perencanaan kedepannya bagi akademis dan praktik komersial karena tantangan keberlanjutan global semakin mendapat perhatian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis literatur tentang ekonomi sirkular menggunakan metode bibliometrik. Sample dalam penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari basis data <em>Web of Science</em> dengan fokus publikasi antara tahun 2013 sampai 2024 dengan 346 dokumen dari 157 sumber. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis bibliometrik dengan teknik analisis seperti <em>co-occurrence, co-citation, </em>dan<em> co-word</em>. Many companies have become damaged and unhealthy because of the Covid-19 outbreak. However, there are also many companies that have benefited from the Covid-19. The profit obtained is because there is a high increase in sales compared to the period before covid. One of the business sectors getting an increase in profits because of Covid-19 is the health sector company. This study examines the differences in financial difficulties faced by health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The criteria for financial difficulties used the Altman Z-Score method. The analysis used a paired t-test for the company's financial difficulties before and during Covid-19. Banyak perusahaan yang menjadi rugi dan tidak sehat karena adanya wabah Covid-19. Akan tetapi banyak pula perusahaan yang mendapatkan keuntungan dengan adanya Covid-19 ini. Keuntungan yang didapatkan karena adanya kenaikan penjualan yang tinggi dibandingkan perioda sebelum covid. Salah satu sektor usaha mendapatkan kenaikan keuntungan karena Covid-19 adalah perusahaan sektor kesehatan. Penelitian ini menguji berbedaan kesulitan keuangan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan sektor kesehatan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kriteria kesulitan keuangan digunakan metode Altman Z-Score. Atat analisis digunakan uji beda berpasangan untuk kesulitan keuangan perusahaan sebelum dan saat Covid-19. The sample size for this research was 102 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS version 4.0. Based on the findings of the research, providing direct evidence that Perceived Organizational Support and Employee Development has a positive influence on Job Satisfaction. while self-efficacy does not affect Job Satisfaction. Perceived Organizational Support also has a positive impact on Employee Performance, whereas Employee Development does not affect Employee Performance. On the other hand, self-efficacy positively influences Employee Performance, but Employee Performance does not affect Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, Perceived Organizational Support does not directly affect Job Satisfaction through Employee Performance, and Employee Development does not directly affect Job Satisfaction through Employee Performance. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 102 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4.0. The members of Pokoke Blangkon Cooperative also work as photographers, wardrobe stylists, makeup artists, as well as works in administration and finance. Data for the study were collected from 44 respondents through questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents at the Pokoke Blangkon Cooperative office in Malioboro, Yogyakarta. The data were subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS 25 software. The results indicate that transformational leadership, which has been implemented by the leader of Pokoke Blangkon Cooperative, does not have a significant impact on the <em>work engagement</em> of the cooperative members. On the other hand, person-job fit variable was found to have a significant effect on the work engagement of the cooperative members. This study explores the influence of transformational leadership from the cooperative's chairman, who is both the founder of the cooperative and a respected community figure in the Sosromenduran area of Yogyakarta, as well as the <em>person-job fit</em>, on the <em>work engagement</em> of members in performing their duties within the cooperative.</p> <p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><strong>:</strong> <em>transformational leadership</em>, <em>person-job fit, work engagement, creative industry. </em></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan <em>person-jon fit</em> terhadap <em>work engagement</em> anggota Koperasi Pokoke Blangkon yang bergerak di bidang industri kreatif di Kota Yogyakarta. Bidang usaha utamanya adalah jasa fotografi dengan busana adat Yogyakarta. Anggota Koperasi Pokoke Blangkon ini juga menjadi karyawan sebagai fotografer, penata busana, perias dan administrasi serta keuangan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari 44 responden melalui kuesioner yang diberikan secara langsung kepada responden di kantor Koperasi Pokoke Blangkon di Malioboro Yogyakarta. Selanjutnya data penelitian dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda melalui program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional yang sudah diterapkan oleh pemimpin koperasi Pokoke Blangkon tidak berpengaruh terhadap <em>work engagement</em> anggota koperasi. Di sisi lain, variabel <em>person-job fit</em> terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap <em>work engagement</em> anggota koperasi.
